1. Supply of Training Courses

1.1. We shall provide Training Courses to you in accordance with these conditions.

1.2. You can request a Training Course by requesting verbally, by email or via this website. We recommend you complete the enquiry form, and we shall contact you to confirm available dates. Bookings made by telephone but should be confirmed by letter or email.

1.3. No booking will be accepted by us, until confirmed in writing (including email) to you by us.

1.4. We may at any time make any changes to the Training Course or postpone, cancel, or discontinue the Training Course booked, without liability to you. You will then be booked on an appropriate alternative Training Course at no extra charge.

1.5. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict anyone from attending our Training Course(s).

1.6. Course outlines are correct at time of going to print.

1.7. Verbal agreement, submission of online booking via company website/ email constitutes a legally binding agreement, whereby all terms and conditions herein are applicable.

1.8. We may at any time terminate our contract with you by giving written notice to you, if you commit any breach of the Terms and Conditions stated.

2. Charges and Cancellation Fees

2.1. Unless any special terms agreed, you shall pay our Standard Charges and any additional sums which are agreed between us for provision of the Training Course(s) within 30 days of the date of our invoice or before the commencement of the Training Course (whichever is the sooner).

2.2. Once our Standard Charges and any other additional sums which are agreed between us for the provision of the Training Course(s) or other services have been paid, then all of the money paid by the Client is non-refundable unless specific terms are agreed in writing between us.

2.3. Prices are correct at the time of going to print but may be subject to change without notice given to you.

2.4. We shall be entitled to invoice you in respect of the Training Course(s) requested upon receipt of email instruction or via telephone instruction.

2.5. Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel or rearrange your Training Course(s) the following charges will apply:

2.5.1. 21 days or more prior to the course start date – Full refund

2.5.2. 14 days or more prior to the course start date – 25% of the course fee

2.5.3. 7 days or more prior to the course start date – 50% of the course fee

2.5.4. Less than 7 days prior to the course start date – 75% of the course fee

2.5.5. Less than 36 hours prior to the course start date – Full course fee payable

2.6. You must inform us in the first instance if the Training Course(s) are going to be cancelled or rearranged.

2.7. All cancellations/ rearrangements shall be submitted to us in writing and clarification shall be sought by you to ensure that this instruction has been received or the above charges shall be payable.

2.8. Course certification documents will be released on receipt of payment in full.

2.9. VAT is not payable on our fees.

2.10. Payment may be made by bank transfer. Please quote your Customer Code as the reference and send any remittance advice to

3. Liability

3.1. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or as expressly provided in these Conditions, we shall not be liable to you for any reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Contract of any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by our negligence or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the Training Course and our entire liability under or in connection with the Contract shall not exceed the amount of our charges for the provision of the Training Course except as expressly provided in these conditions.

3.2. We shall not be liable to you or be deemed in breach of contract by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the Training Course if this was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

3.3. You are responsible for data submitted via online, email booking and communications.

4. On-Site Courses

4.1. You are responsible for providing adequate facilities for on-site courses. Should facilities not meet requirements (for example, with regards to Health & Safety); we reserve the right to terminate an event at full charge to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All Intellectual property rights arising in or arising out of or in connection with our services shall be owned by us.

5.2. All training and course materials are our exclusive property.

6. Replacement Certificates

6.1. Where an error is present on the certificate and course paperwork has been completed correctly, a free replacement certificate will be issued for all errors raised with us within 10 business days of posting date of certificates. Errors raised after this time may be subject to an administration fee.

6.2. Where an error is present on the certificate due to a misprinting of information by the delegate on the original course paperwork, an administration fee will be chargeable.

6.3. Any missing delegate certificates must be identified within 10 business days of posting date of certificate batch.

6.4. Delegates must complete all course paperwork to receive a certificate. All our decisions will be final in relation to the issuance of certificates.

7. The Law

7.1. These terms and conditions and all other expressed terms of the contract shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
